- Mercury Confectionery has implemented a food safety and quality management system in accordance with the international standards IFS Food Version 6.1 and BRCGS-Global standard for food safety Issue 9.
- The level of safety and quality of Roks products according to two standards was assessed as high during the audit of the company.
- The quality and safety system is based on the control of all stages of the product life cycle using the HACCP principles.
- At Mercury Confectionery Factory, we have implemented control of all production conditions and factors that affect product quality at all stages of production: from the stage of receiving raw materials to their sale to the consumer. The purpose of the control is to ensure the production of high-quality products in accordance with applicable norms and standards.
- All warehouses of finished products and ingredients for their production are equipped with systems for remote monitoring of temperature and humidity levels, which ensures ideal storage conditions.
- The quality management process involves all employees of the company, from top managers to production workers.
