Mercury Confectionery is a leading manufacturer of a wide range of caramel products in Ukraine. The production is located in the heart of Ukraine – Smila, Cherkasy region, with production facilities in Balakleya village.

The Mercury Confectionery Factory is a production facility that harmoniously combines the latest technologies, quality control at every stage and handmade craftsmanship. Thanks to our many years of experience and compliance with international standards, we ensure stable supplies, competitive products and perfect coordination of production processes.
Production facilities
The production facilities of the Mercury Confectionery Factory occupy 6300 m² and allow us to manufacture large volumes of products for the Ukrainian and international markets. The well-established organization of processes and control at all stages of production allow us to quickly fulfill orders of any size, ensuring stable supplies even during periods of peak demand.

Quality control and safety
⦁ The basis of Mercury’s quality and safety system is to control all stages of the product life cycle using the HACCP principles.
⦁ The company has implemented control of all production conditions and factors that affect product quality at all stages of production: from the stage of obtaining raw materials to the sale of products to consumers.
⦁ All warehouses of finished products and ingredients for their production are equipped with systems for remote monitoring of temperature and humidity levels, which ensures ideal storage conditions.
⦁ The quality management process involves all employees of the company, from senior executives to workers on the production floor.
Certification qualities
«Mercury» Confectionery has implemented a food safety and quality management system in accordance with the international standard BRCGS-Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9. The production was certified by the auditors of the international certification body Quality Austria, who assessed the level of safety and quality of «Roks» products as high.
Manufacture
Roks™ candies are made from high-quality raw materials – sugar and molasses of Ukrainian origin, with the addition of natural colors and flavors, without synthetic additives, using the latest technologies, which allows to obtain high quality products that are safe for consumers, as only natural ingredients are used in the manufacture.
The company’s assortment includes more than 170 types of lollipops. Some of them have no analogues on the Ukrainian market. A significant part of the assortment is handmade. The caramel made by expert craftsmen is unique. Handmade products are appreciated by customers. The company also produces lollipops based on sugar substitutes such as sorbitol and isomalt.

Successfully passed the international certification of compliance with IFS Food Version 6.1 and BRCGS-Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9, which confirmed the high level of safety and quality of the company's products

Storage and logistics
We maintain a sufficient stock of products in our warehouse to guarantee prompt fulfillment of your orders. Modern warehouses equipped with temperature and humidity monitoring systems ensure ideal storage conditions.
We regularly deliver products by our own transport across Ukraine – quickly and within the agreed time frame. We work closely with Ukrainian international carriers to ensure prompt delivery of products abroad. Delivery within Ukraine is free of charge for regular partners.
